Welcome to Wandr India ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using wandrindia.com (the "Site") or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us Wandr India is a brand offering unisex, city-inspired apparel, designed and made in Gujarat, India.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

3. Products & Availability

Products are sold in limited quantities per drop (e.g., 100 pieces per design). Once sold out, a design may not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to discontinue any product without notice. Colors and prints may vary slightly from images shown due to screen settings and fabric dyeing processes.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.      We accept UPI, cards and other methods shown at checkout (processed securely via Razorpay), and free Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

5. Orders & Cancellation

Once placed, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at vibe@wandrindia.com. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, with a full refund issued.

6. Shipping

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on product pages (typically 3–8 days). Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer one free size exchange per item within 7 days of delivery, with shipping paid by us. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Manufacturing defects and damage in transit are covered. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached.

8. Account Sign-In You may create an account or sign in using Google or Facebook. By doing so, you authorize us to receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from that provider, subject to their respective privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property All designs, illustrations, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Wandr India and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

10. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandr India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
