Refund policy

All Drop 01 pieces are made in a limited founding run of 100 per design — sold as-is, final sale, no returns for reasons of taste or fit once shipped. Exchanges only for genuine size issues or manufacturing defects: email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a size exchange subject to stock availability. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced free of cost — report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.
